Ready to make an impact this summer? In this role, you will a ssist with a variety of administrative functions by providing support that will help the Data Analytics division meet daily objectives . Accomplished through exposure to the planning, execution and evaluation stages of various work projects and initiatives, to gain workplace experience in the insurance industry. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program strives to foster a dynamic and innovative work environment by integrating interns who bring fresh perspectives and skills to our organization, contribute to value added work, and enhance our talent pipeline. We are looking for someone to: Gain broad exposure to the WoodmenLife organization by meeting weekly with the Internship Cohort, collectively with Executive Leadership, and one-on-one with leaders at the division level. Summarize and present capstone presentation of the internship experience including project accomplishments, skill development, and key learnings. Collaborative Teamwork in

Agile Environment:

Learn to operate effectively within a collaborative, Agile-driven team environment, contributing to cross-functional efforts that support strategic and departmental goals .

Enterprise Data Architecture Exposure:

Develop an understanding of scalable and maintainable enterprise data warehouse and BI system architecture, including foundational principles and best practices.

Data Analysis and Strategic Insights:

Support data analysis efforts by extracting, transforming, and interpreting complex datasets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions, manage risk, and improve operational efficiency. We N eed S omeone W ho H as: Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college, currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics or related field(s) Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA Ability to work 38.75 hours per week Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working collaboratively. Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office The ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service. Passion for making an impact in local communities
