Scope of Position The Data Quality Analyst is accountable to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Operations, Engineering and Product Management This position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid solutions. This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards Collaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues Monitor data pipelines and systems for consistency and accuracy Support root cause analysis of data defects and recommend corrective actions Document data quality standards, processes, and best practices Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with policies Perform regular audits to verify data integrity across systems Automate data quality checks where possible using tools and scripts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles Strong SAP skills and experience working with relational databases Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
