Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Evaluator/Data Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to design and lead specific evaluation programs within our collaborative environment. This pivotal role entails overseeing data collection, data recording, and data reporting within your assigned grants. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective evaluation practices that assist PACT for Families in meeting its mission. Observe and participate in the data collection process to ensure that data is collected in a timely, efficient, and unbiased manner; develop databases as needed. Record and analyze data in a timely and unbiased manner. Develop and implement effective ways to disseminate and use the data results of PACT evaluation efforts. Draft newsletter articles and reports, as assigned. Present data in written and verbal form. Respond to questions from PACT staff, parents, and our partners about evaluation practices and handle data requests according to established procedures. Act as a liaison to government and other granting agencies to ensure that required data reports are submitted in a timely and accurate fashion. Review and correct data before submission as needed. PACT SHARE

Survey and act as the primary liaison for schools, parents, and social workers to ensure optimal survey implementation, including communication of survey dates, educating Superintendents and proctors on data usage and participation value, and ensuring stakeholders are notified and adequately prepared for implementation. Direct and oversee staff assignments, including completion and review of research and evaluation products. Provide necessary guidance and direction for grant proposals and actively participate in grant writing. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director and/or Evaluation/Research Consultant. Qualifications Advanced degree in Evaluation, Research, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Experience leading evaluation initiatives, managing data, and supporting outcomes measurement in human services, governmental, or nonprofit settings. Strong quantitative and qualitative data skills, including statistical methods, analysis, interpretation, and database management (SPSS or similar software). Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders through written reports and presentations. Knowledge of human services systems, children's mental health, collaborative service delivery, and culturally responsive evaluation approaches. Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships, motivate teams, and work effectively across agencies and organizational levels. High proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to evaluation and data systems. Strong organizational skills, independent work capability, professionalism, tact, and sound judgment in representing the organization.

SALARY:

This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits. Salary will range from $73,723 depending on experience, education and training.

TRAVEL:

Some travel within the five-county area. Limited travel within the state and occasional travel nationwide.
