00070476092 About the Role As a Facets Data Analytics & Automation Consultant, you will make an impact by delivering data-driven insights and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across healthcare payer operations. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Technology team and collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, data analysts, architects, and technology stakeholders to build scalable analytics and automation capabilities. In this role, you will:

+ Analyze Facets data across membership, provider, claims, product, benefits, billing, and financial domains to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.

+ Develop complex SQL queries, reconciliations, operational reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business and operational decision-making.

+ Design and implement automation solutions using SQL , Python, APIs, scripting, and workflow tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

+ Create automated monitoring, exception handling, data validation, and reporting processes that support healthcare payer operations.

+ Perform data profiling, root-cause analysis, testing, and validation activities to improve data quality and operational controls.

+ Build and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, audit controls, and support procedures for analytics and automation solutions.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, reporting, ETL , architecture, configuration, and production support to deliver business-focused solutions.
