Sr Insights Analyst:

Leverage data, analytics, and predictive modeling to deliver actionable workforce insights. Partner with HR and business leaders to develop dashboards, advanced analytics, and self-service reporting solutions. Use tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI to create impactful data visualizations. Lead high-impact analytics initiatives to enhance talent strategies and improve business outcomes. Sr Insights Analyst:

3+ years using data transformation tools such as Alteryx. 3+ years in using SQL to query large datasets. 2+ years of solutioning, preparing, and visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI (report creation, DAX, power query, and data modeling). Experience using RStudio or Python for automation or data processing such as statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
