Qualifications & Skills Strong SQL skills required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access Experience with Power BI and/or SSRS Working knowledge of ETL fundamentals Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis Experience with reporting software preferred Insurance industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proactive, professional, and team-oriented Bachelor's degree required Why Join J&A?
