Translate business requirements into technical designs and support projects through deep understanding of data mapping across systems. Provide architectural leadership based on diverse data sources. Engage with partners and stakeholders to assess, develop, and implement solutions using IBM DataStage. Recognize stakeholder needs and ensure commitments are met. Perform data analysis, design, documentation, data pipeline and database development, testing, and delivery. Conduct data profiling and build logical and physical data models. Enforce architectural standards and optimize performance. Prepare SDLC documentation covering design through deployment. Review validation scripts and support testing phases and release coordination. Identify business needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Develop estimates and project plans, track progress, and communicate outcomes. Design data entities, create scripts, tune jobs, and enable automation. Ensure adherence to processes, manage releases, support production deployment, and coordinate post-go-live transition. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
