We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This is a high impact role that will partner closely with operations and finance to drive performance across our network of dental practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and, most importantly, translating data into actionable insights that improve business outcomes. This role is highly cross-functional and requires both strong technical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, drivers of performance, and opportunities for improvement Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that track key business trends and surface actionable insights Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support decision-making processes. Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc analyses for senior leadership Monitor and optimize data pipelines to improve efficiency and performance.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools) Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, etc.) Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat We Offer:
