Develop and maintain BI data models to support performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers. Ensure data accuracy and governance across BI datasets and reporting tools. Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational insights. Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations for actionable analytics. Enable self-service reporting for business users with real-time, accessible insights. Provide decision support through scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and strategic recommendations. 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or decision science roles. Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
