Job Description

Job Description Our client is seeking an entry level Reference Data Specialist to join their team in St. Paul, MN. The team of 10 support the Asset Data Services group by setting up assets in an internal data base and cross-checking peer work for verification. There will be training for the first couple of weeks to become familiar with the systems and processes and then this person will be responsible for working within two queues to assign themselves work while meeting varying daily deadlines. The work involves monitoring a queue from start to finish by completing requests from other business lines and then taking on assigned routine scheduled duties such as price updates, updating instrument types, record fields and overall maintenance to assets in the system. The ideal candidate has experience working with Excel, great communication, and work ethic. This role can pay between 18/hr-19/hr.   • Bachelor's Degree Or Associates in any field with at least Two Years of equivalent experience in Data Entry /Corp Office Setting.
  • Excel experience (understanding Macros)
  • Motivated, Confident, and Self-Driven
  • Strong Attention to Detail and a Team Player Great communication, energy, and work ethic!
  • Finance or Accounting Experience / Degree
  • Corp Office Experience
  • Operations Experience
  • Pivot Tables in Excel
  • SQL Queries
