We are seeking an experienced Mailing Data & Variable Print Specialist to join our growing mail department. This position is designed for someone with proven industry experience who can step into the role and contribute immediately. What You'll Do Process, clean, and validate customer mailing lists Perform data manipulation, deduplication, suppression, and list segmentation to prepare data for direct mail campaigns Create variable-data output for postcards, letters, self-mailers, and other marketing materials Review proofs and production files to ensure accuracy Prepare files that meet USPS mailing requirements Work closely with customer service, prepress, and production teams to meet deadlines Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in mail list processing or variable data printing Experience working with commercial mailing software and/or variable data composition software Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, and data validation High attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Application Requirement To be considered, applicants should list the mailing software(s), and variable data software(s) they have used professionally on their resume or application.
