Finance Assistant

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our client's corporate accounting team. This is a short-term (1-3 month) contract opportunity supporting a critical system implementation. Position Summary Support the finance team during implementation of a new disbursements platform Navigate internal policy administration systems to locate and review documents Extract and input data accurately into tracking logs and templates Compile and transmit completed data packages to audit vendors Track status of assigned records and flag missing or incomplete information Maintain organized records of daily output and completed work Assist with data validation to ensure accuracy across Workday and claims systems Follow all data handling and confidentiality procedures Complete additional data entry and document review tasks as assigned Technical Qualifications 1+ year of experience supporting a finance or accounting team Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Strong systems experience; ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
