Data & Records Assistant Agape Child & Family Services - 4.1 Memphis, TN Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $45,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Agape Child & Family Services has a current opening for a Data & Records Assistant. This position supports the Becoming ONE program by maintaining accurate records, assisting with data entry, and ensuring proper documentation of program activities and participant information. This is a fully remote, entry-level position focused on data management, recordkeeping, and documentation support aligned with Agape's Science of Hope and Human Flourishing frameworks. The role ensures data accuracy, organization, and consistency across program systems. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Records Management Enter and update participant and program data into secure systems Maintain organized digital records and documentation Review data for accuracy and completeness Assist with correcting basic data errors Reporting Support Assist with preparing basic program summaries and reports Support tracking of participant engagement and program activity Maintain consistency in reporting across systems Support leadership with data requests Documentation & Quality Support Maintain proper organization and filing of digital records Ensure confidentiality of sensitive program data Support compliance with internal documentation standards Assist with data cleanup and system updates Administrative Support Participate in remote meetings and training sessions Support communication with internal teams regarding data updates Assist with general administrative tasks related to data systems
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience Level:
Entry-level position (no prior experience required in this field)
Training:
Full training provided upon onboarding Preferred (not required): Experience in data entry, clerical work, administrative support, or office coordination
