The selected candidate will enjoy a hybrid schedule with two days working from home each week. The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining critical regulatory and product information across various internal systems. You'll work with data related to products, suppliers, packaging, and regulatory documentation while partnering with teams throughout the organization to ensure information is complete, accurate, and compliant. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with detailed information and enjoys bringing structure and accuracy to complex data. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and verify product, packaging, supplier, and regulatory information within ERP and regulatory systems Maintain accurate regulatory and product records across multiple databases and internal platforms Manage supplier compliance documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), certifications, and other regulatory records Request and follow up on missing or outdated documentation and maintain appropriate tracking systems Work with internal departments to collect and validate information related to new products, packaging changes, and regulatory updates Provide data and documentation support for product stewardship, sustainability, and other compliance initiatives Assist with creating and maintaining Bills of Material (BOMs) and associated product information Maintain organized electronic files, spreadsheets, logs, and supporting documentation Review data for inconsistencies, identify gaps or errors, and help improve overall data quality Support process improvements designed to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency within regulatory data management Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a chemical laboratory supporting regulatory affairs, quality, EHS, or a related function Experience working with data management systems Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple responsibilities Comfortable working with large amounts of detailed information Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments If you're a detail-driven professional with experience in a chemical, regulatory, quality, or EHS environment and enjoy working with data and documentation, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
