Job Description
Onsite. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Contractor will obtain training at the DOA office in Providence before reporting to their full-time contract location which will be at the Cranston location. Responsibilities This position is focused on reconciling grant data between the State's new ERP system Workday, state agency records and federal drawdown data. Training on state grant data and reconciliation methods will be provided at the beginning of the engagement then the candidate will be working directly with state agency staff helping with data reconciliation. Requirements Strong data analytics skills Proficiency in Excel Willingness to learn the state's method for data reconciliation Strong attention to detail a must Excellent problem-solving skills Sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy Preferred Experience with federal grants is preferred but not required
