Full Job Description Position Description:
This is a full-time position that supports the Education Department through collection and entry of student data into the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database.Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Collects and enters student data into ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) database system for education programs. Maintains student data on a consistent basis. Assists in development of the ETO system as it expands. Assists in maintenance of student records and data for contract and reporting. Assists with collection of student data and maintaining information for grant/funding reports. Maintains records and proper tracking of documents. Develop efficient procedures for collection of student data across education programs. Assists with creating training tools/manuals as needed. Performs routine file audits of student enrollment documents Maintains ongoing communication with LC coordinators Works closely with the Data and Operations Coordinator to ensure timely receipt of data and that all deadlines are met. Assists in preparing reports for education department team, as well as Director of Learning Center Programs, Director of Adult Education, North Texas Learning Centers, Chief Programs Officer, and the board as needed. Travels between sites (locally). Performs other duties as assigned.Key Skills and Qualities:

5/11/2026 Minimum Qualifications Minimum of associate's degree. Experience in administration, development, coordination, and/or monitoring of grants and contracts. At least one-year experience with databases, data collection, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of nonprofit or education-related organizations.Physical Demands/Work Environment:
