About the role As a Vendor Management Data Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting strong partnerships across our national vendor network. You'll do this by ensuring our vendor network performs at the highest level. You'll monitor and report key performance metrics, analyze trends, and help maintain strong relationships. This role supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a task-oriented role with deadline-driven deliverables. What you'll do Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor vendor performance across all states. Capture, track, and analyze monthly data metrics for the entire vendor network. Brainstorm the most efficient and accurate methods of capturing performance metrics Spot the trends: Identify and escalate performance concerns - closely observe vendors who are struggling to meet SLAs and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans.
Collaborate:
Contribute to process improvements by recommending data-driven insights to enhance vendor operations and customer outcomes. Share vendor feedback and any actionable insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Data Analytics, vendor management support, or operations support (SaaS or automotive industry experience a plus)
Detail-oriented:
consistent accuracy, organization, and verification of the data. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools. Professional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone. A proactive mindset with a drive for improving processes and fostering relationships.
