GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced PEIMS / Student Information Systems (SIS) Director to support K-12 education clients across Texas. This role serves as a trusted advisor to school districts by providing expertise in PEIMS, TSDS, TEDS, student information systems, and state reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing PEIMS submissions, ensuring data integrity, supporting student information systems, and partnering with district personnel to maintain compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements. clients. Coordinate the collection, validation, integration, and submission of PEIMS data in accordance with TEA requirements and Texas Education Data Standards. Assist school districts in preparing accurate and timely PEIMS submissions while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Support and monitor TSDS and IODS data publishing processes, including troubleshooting validation errors and data discrepancies. Review reports, edits, and validation results to ensure data accuracy and integrity prior to state submissions. Develop queries, reports, and data analysis tools to identify inconsistencies and improve data quality. Partner with district administrators, registrars, PEIMS coordinators, and business office staff to validate attendance, enrollment, and student records. Conduct data quality assessments and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to TEA guidelines, the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (SAAH), and

standards. Provide implementation support, software guidance, and functional expertise for Student Information Systems and related applications. Deliver virtual and onsite training for district staff on PEIMS processes, coding standards, SIS functionality, and best practices. Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials. Stay current on TEA updates, PEIMS requirements, TSDS enhancements, and legislative changes impacting student data reporting. Participate in regional workshops, user groups, conferences, and professional development opportunities. Build trusted relationships with client districts by providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication. Collaborate with internal GTS teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation and client records. Perform additional duties as assigned. Must pass a criminal background Fingerprint check upon hire.
