Headquartered in a central location, we serve multiple states with a focus on creativity, quality, and outstanding customer support. The primary responsibility for this position involves refining, editing, and preparing Dorian Studio service data and items to ensure compliance with our established production criteria. We are seeking a candidate with robust technical proficiency in quality control and data processing who thrives in a high-speed production environment. This is a seasonal postition that starts in August with Paid training. Key Responsibilities Import, combine, and manipulate datasets and files to ensure seamless integration Review and proofread for the accuracy of all service items and digital products Perform data validation and quality checks, identifying and relaying errors to the appropriate party Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Recognize subtle shifts in quality and make adjustments Maintain organized records and complete all required documentation accurately Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and production goals Any duties deemed necessary by management Job Requirements & Qualifications Strong Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to detect subtle anomalies Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks Working knowledge of Windows-based systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or Equivalent Satisfactory passing of a pre-employment criminal background check Physical Requirement Ability to maintain visual focus on small text and detailed work for prolonged periods Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods Comfortable with prolonged screen time (7-8 hours per day) Frequent use of a mouse, keyboard, and/or drawing tablet Strong hand-eye coordination Visual acuity to distinguish fine details and color variations All roles require normal color vision
