This role is focused on system administration, security, upgrades, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft HCM, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Administer and support PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits) Manage user security, roles, and access controls Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and PUM patching Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues Support Process Scheduler, batch jobs, and integrations Ensure data integrity, system stability, and audit compliance Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements Assist with testing, deployments, and documentation Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM administration experience Strong experience with PeopleSoft Tools (Security, Process Scheduler, App Designer) Hands-on experience with PUM upgrades, patches, and system support Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications Preferred Experience with integrations, APIs, or middleware SQL / PeopleSoft Query experience Public sector or large enterprise environment

Pay:

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
