Job Summary:
Seeking a DC Tech L2 with hands-on data center experience to support server and network infrastructure, including rack & stack, cabling, hardware replacement, troubleshooting, and basic Windows/Linux administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Rack, stack, cable, and configure servers and network devices. Perform cable replacement/rerouting and optics replacement. Install and replace server hardware components such as RAM, CPU, and other parts. Configure and troubleshoot iLO/iDRAC, server IPs, and management interfaces. Troubleshoot server and network issues with remote system/network administrators. Perform server firmware upgrades and hardware diagnostics. Coordinate replacement parts, installations, and defective hardware returns. Follow wiring diagrams and validate connectivity. Conduct physical server inspections and maintain accurate inventory. Provide onsite hands-on support for ad hoc server and network requests.
Requirements:
Hands-on Data Center/Server Technician experience. Strong rack & stack and structured cabling experience. Experience with iLO/iDRAC and server hardware replacement. Basic Windows or Linux administration knowledge. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in South San Jose, CA. NIT01

$35.00
