Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Operations & Integrations) to support and evolve the global Revenue Operations platform for a leading global provider of location intelligence and geospatial analytics. In this role, you will administer and optimize Salesforce alongside connected revenue systems, ensuring business processes are seamlessly automated, integrations remain resilient, and global users receive top-tier support. Working closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams, you will deliver system enhancements, configure declarative automation, and maintain robust governance across a complex CRM, CPQ, and ERP ecosystem. Essential functions Administer and maintain the core Salesforce environment, managing users, roles, permission sets, security configurations, and licenses. Design, build, and optimize declarative automation using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Configure and maintain Conga CPQ (or equivalent CPQ systems), including product bundles, complex pricing rules, document templates, and approval workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain core enterprise integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and other connected revenue platforms, swiftly resolving sync failures and job errors. Provide day-to-day tier-3 platform support for Revenue Operations, investigating system issues and ensuring seamless operational efficiency. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, and production deployments using structured change management governance. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and system architecture records to support continuous platform improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment (Salesforce Administrator ADM-201 certification preferred). Strong, proven proficiency in declarative Salesforce customization, including complex Flows, advanced validation rules, security models, and custom reporting. Practical experience configuring and administering CPQ platforms (Conga CPQ strongly preferred, or equivalent enterprise CPQ tools). Solid understanding of Revenue Operations end-to-end processes and the interplay between CRM, CPQ, and ERP ecosystems. Demonstrated hands-on experience troubleshooting system integrations, data synchronizations, and connected business applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams. Practical experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and structured change governance tools. Would be a plus Official Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator certification. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise ERP platforms. Experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS) such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi. Exposure to Salesforce release management and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT. Background in location intelligence, geospatial tech, spatial data analytics, or related SaaS industries.
