Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking contract-to-hire resources to join one of the fastest growing companies in the data center space. This company is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our continued growth, we are seeking technicians that can do both fiber AND copper installation. The majority of the up-front work will be in the greater CO area. However, we are looking for people that are open to travel in the future for new data center work as a "tiger team" Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Advanced Installation & Pathways
  • Build and dress racks, cabinets, ladder tray, and cable management systems.
  • Execute complex cable routing
  • Perform advanced fiber installation including prepping, cleaning, cleaving.
  • Perform copper terminations with consistent, certifiable results.
  • Fusion splice fiber and conduct OTDR and light-loss testing.
  • Analyze test failures and perform troubleshooting until resolved.
  • Produce complete certification reports and documentation.
Typical hours will vary. Some projects will be 6AM-3PM. Some projects will be 7AM-4PM.   •  Open to travel for future projects (50%+ travel is possible)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
