Facilities Operations Technician III Location:
Saline, MI (100% Onsite) Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys solving complex problems, working with critical infrastructure, and making a direct impact every day? We're seeking a Facilities Operations Technician III to join a high-performing operations team responsible for maintaining the systems that keep a state-of-the-art facility running safely, efficiently, and without interruption. This position is 100% onsite in Saline, MI. Candidates must be able and willing to work onsite at the Saline, Michigan facility. Relocation assistance is not provided. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians from industrial, manufacturing, critical facilities, data center, maintenance, power generation, military, or commercial building environments who are looking to advance their careers while working with complex electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. What You'll Do Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance. Respond to equipment alarms, failures, and operational incidents in a fast-paced environment. Monitor building systems using advanced maintenance and building management technologies. Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support facility operations and improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and operational records. Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the facility. Mentor and assist junior technicians while contributing to a culture of operational excellence. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in facilities, manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, or technical operations environments. Experience working with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, controls, or building systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data centers, critical facilities, or other high-availability environments. Military technical experience, apprenticeship training, trade school, or equivalent hands-on Certifications such asOSHA, NFPA 70E, EPA

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
