The role provides PeopleSoft software/system functional and development consulting services at client location. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable working directly with customers and executive leadership. Clearance Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executive leaders, and team members Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments Ability to translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications. Specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance. Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors. Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts. Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
