This role will have scheduled rotational on-call for after hours. Responsibilities Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubik systems Work with customers to add new servers and VMs into backups and to troubleshoot issues Configure a new backup solution when purchased Troubleshoot and coordinate break fix for backup alliances (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubik) and disk arrays Oracle ZFS, NetApp, Vast, and IBM storage arrays Monitor and fix issues with the SAN using command line troubleshooting and zoning Work with the ISSO to make sure the vulnerabilities are patched Work with the ISSO for SSP re-authorization Requirements
