This role combines technical Salesforce administration with project coordination responsibilities and reports to the SVP of Technology. This position may be located at our Rutherford, New Jersey headquarters or REMOTE based. Key Responsibilities Configure Salesforce FSC (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, layouts) Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Support rollout activities (requirements, testing, deployment Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions Build reports and dashboards Provide updates to leadership Support user adoption and training Qualifications 3-5 years Salesforce Administration experience Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Strong configuration skills Understanding of Salesforce security model Experience with implementations/rollouts Experience with Asana or Jira Strong Excel and Teams skills Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications Insurance industry experience FSC data model familiarity AI/agentic exposure Experience with consulting partners About Raphael and Associates Raphael & Associates is a third-party claims administrator and independent claims adjusting company internationally recognized for exceptional service.
