Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of experience including 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education. Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review. Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tier 3 / Tier 4 data centers. 5+ years of commissioning experience in mission-critical environments Advanced understanding of data center infrastructure and supporting systems. Experience working with 3rd party Cx agent. Detailed knowledge of ASHRAE Guideline and commissioning processes and documentation requirements. Advanced understanding of construction drawings, specifications and submittals. Familiarity with Uptime Institute standards and/or ASHRAE guidelines Commissioning industry certification including: CxA, BCxP, or CCP. Knowledge of redundancy topologies (N, N+1, 2N, 2(N+1)) Experience troubleshooting controls integration and diagnosing issues related to system sequence of operations Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in high-risk environments Excellent communication and coordination across multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commissioning software tools Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
