Type:

full-time Hybrid, Downtown NYC. Well-established healthcare nonprofit seeking a Development Database Coordinator to support its fundraising and development operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with Raiser's Edge / Blackbaud experience who enjoys working with donor data, direct-mail campaigns, reporting, and database management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain and manage donor information in Raiser's Edge
  • Support direct-mail campaigns, including list pulls, segmentation, exports and imports
  • Perform data entry, updates, cleanup and quality control
  • Create queries and reports for fundraising and development initiatives
  • Assist with gift processing and donor record maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal development staff and outside vendors
  • Provide database support and ensure data integrity Ideal background:
  • 2+ years of nonprofit development database experience
  • Raiser's Edge / Blackbaud experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting direct-mail fundraising campaigns
  • Strong Excel and data-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
