Position Overview:

MirLogic Solutions is seeking a Database Developer to support the design, development, and integration of data systems within a low-code BOAT platform environment. This role will support high-volume data ingestion, storage, and integration across FMCSA mission systems and external data sources.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable database solutions in a cloud environment (AWS VPC) Support data integration across internal and external systems via APIs Develop data models supporting case management, workflows, and analytics Enable secure storage and retrieval of structured and unstructured data Support ingestion of large datasets (reports, images, video, inspection data) Optimize database performance for high-volume concurrent users Support DevSecOps pipeline integration for data systems Ensure compliance with federal data security and privacy requirements (PII handling) Assist in system ATO documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications:

5-8+ years of database development experience Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred) Familiarity with BOAT or low-code platforms Experience with API integrations and data exchange architectures Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning Experience handling large datasets and high-throughput systems Preferred experience supporting federal systems or regulated environments
