Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the trade. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
