Responsibilities Monitor and maintain data center equipment including servers, storage systems, and network devices. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary. Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications in IT or related fields preferred. Basic understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure. Experience with server hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
