Every employee plays a vital role in living out our promise: We care. You belong. Job Summary Community Clinic is seeking a Data Strategy Manager to join our Information Systems team. The Data Strategy Manager leads the organization's approach to using data to support high-quality patient care, efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the systems, processes, and standards that ensure data is accurate, secure, and easy to access and use across the organization. This position oversees data reporting and dashboard development for our teams, ensuring they have the information needed to guide their work. As a part of the Information Technology team, this position also directly supervises IT staff, providing direction, prioritizing work, and supervising team members to ensure high quality, timely deliverables. This position is full-time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location in Springdale, Arkansas. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the organization's data strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Directly supervise data and analytics team members, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Design and oversee data architecture, including data warehouse, data integration processes, and data storage solutions. Research, evaluate, and implement systems and tools to support data storage, analytics, visualization, and reporting. Establish data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance. Lead the development of automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data manipulation. Support
HRSA UDS
reporting, quality measures, value-based care metrics, and regulatory reporting requirements. Collaborate with EHR and other system administrators to ensure data integrity and proper system configuration. Maintain documentation of data definitions, reporting logic, and data flow diagrams. Monitor data quality and implement corrective action plans when discrepancies are identified. Manage vendor relationships related to analytics platforms, reporting tools, and data systems. Lead or support analytics-related initiatives for new clinic sites, acquisitions, and system implementations. Adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to
HIPAA/HITECH, HRSA, NCQA
PCMH and OSHA. Other duties related to Data analytics, information systems, and reporting as assigned. Skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable data initiatives. Strong understanding of healthcare data structures, EHR systems, and regulatory reporting requirements. Able to effectively manage individual contributors as direct reports. Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, integration processes, and business intelligence tools. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills. Commitment to data integrity, transparency, and ethical use of information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Intelligence, or related field -OR- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, reporting, or data architecture roles. Experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably managing technical staff Experience designing and managing data warehouse or centralized reporting environments. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms). Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role, with experience managing technical staff 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or working in a regulated healthcare environment preferred. Experience supporting EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred). Experience developing dashboards for executive and operational leadership. Why Work at Community Clinic?
