Chandler, AZ Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Construction industry experience Building information modeling (BIM) tools Full Job Description 3+ years of experience in construction, BIM/VDC coordination, field engineering, or trade coordination. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM software. Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and MEPF systems. Experience conducting model coordination and clash detection processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Knowledge of construction workflows, field operations, and subcontractor coordination. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and trade partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with laser scanning, reality capture, and point cloud management. Experience working on healthcare, data center, manufacturing, semiconductor, or large commercial construction projects.
