Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Data & Compliance Coordinator to support the systems, records, reporting, and audit activities that help ensure our repair operations meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is a detail-focused role with exposure to Quality, Compliance, audits, and aircraft component repair operations. You will work with data and documentation, maintain accurate records, support internal audits, and follow up with different teams to make sure information is complete and accurate. Responsibilities Maintain and update Quality records, logs, trackers, and databases Enter, organize, and verify data to ensure information is accurate and complete Support internal audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities Track audit findings, corrective actions, and other Quality-related items Assist with collecting information and documentation from different departments Review data and records for inconsistencies, missing information, or potential errors Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports used by the Quality team Help keep Quality documentation organized and up to date Follow up with team members when information is incomplete or needs clarification Assist with tracking recurring Quality metrics and trends Spend time in the shop and operational areas when needed to verify information or understand the processes behind the data Help identify opportunities to make Quality processes, records, and reporting more efficient Support other Quality and Compliance projects as the department continues to grow Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Experience in Quality, manufacturing, operations, administration, data, or another structured work environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and repetitive information without losing attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and follow-up skills Clear, professional communication Comfortable asking questions and following an issue through to resolution Willingness to learn aviation, Quality, and regulatory requirements Comfortable working both at a computer and occasionally in the shop/operational areas
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
