SNHMC has nine operating room suites, 25 pre-op/PACU bays, and a sterile processing department. Hours are flexible, with 8 hour & 10 hour shifts available. Services range from elective and non-elective procedures, including neurological, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, bariatric, colorectal, vascular, ENT, general, breast, and plastics. Job:

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator compiles patient records with appropriate data elements for surgical and procedural outpatients. S/he demonstrates organizational ability in coordinating departmental workflow. S/he coordinates administrative support functions for the department. The Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and is accountable to the Practice Manager.

Who You Are:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a clerical position in the medical field is preferred Multi-tasking Coordinating data from multiple sources Managing Priorities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail
