Job Description

- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
- Bachelor's degree in enginnering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics
- 2+ years SQL Server database query and reporting experience using ETL, data warehouse, and
SSAS/SSRS
tools.- Working knowledge in EAM equipment hierarchy, object coding and naming convention.
