Memphis, TN Overview Job Summary The Director-Supply Chain Analytics & Data Integrity provides strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain data governance, analytics, and system optimization. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of supply chain data across Oracle ERP and related systems to support operational efficiency, clinical value improvement, and cost management. Leads system-wide analytical functions, transformingplex clinical, operational, and purchasing data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, contractpliance, and value-based oues. Partners with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, IT, Value Analysis, and Contracting to align data strategy withanizational priorities and drive continuous improvement across all facilities. Job Responsibilities
  • Leads data governance strategy for supply chain, including standards, definitions, and stewardship models
  • Establishes and enforces standardized data practices across facilities; acts as central authority for integrity issues and escalations
  • Directs analytics on spend, contractpliance, vendor performance, and inventory optimization
  • Overseesplex data generation for value analysis and financial performance; builds dashboards, reports, and models
  • Identifies trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Leads optimization of Oracle ERP supply chain modules, including data validation, upgrades, and implementations
  • Ensures alignment of contracts, pricing, and system data; establishes standardized data processes
  • Oversees integrity of item master, vendor, and contract data; resolves inconsistencies in partnership with contracting teams
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Decision Support, and clinical leadership; presents insights and provides tool education
  • Leads and develops a team of analysts; sets analytics/reporting best practices and aligns workloads toanizational goals
  • Ensurespliance with policies and regulations; maintains access controls and monitors data quality/accuracy
  • Drives continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, analytics tools, and system enhancements Minimum Required Experience 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, ERP systems, and data governance w cross-functional leadership is key.
3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing teams. Preferred/Desired Experience Healthcare supply chain and value analysis experience preferred. Minimum Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field. Preferred/Desired Education Master's Degree preferred. Minimum Required Special Skills Advanced data analysis and business intelligence expertise (Power BI, Excel, data warehouses and manipulation). Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems. Expertise in procurement, contracting, and inventory processes. Strong project management andmunication skills.
