Essential Duties of this position:
Supports department with community outreach. Conceptualizes, plans, coordinates, creates, films, edits, and/or develops video and still photographic products and other assets and content for a broad variety of media platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, infographics, illustrations, posters and flyers, and educational video with minimal supervision. Creates relevant social media and website content, monitors usage and analytics, complies with county standards, and suggests improvements as needed. Writes, edits, and reviews materials to appear in publications, reports, brochures, presentations, and audio-visual productions. Coordinates changes, ensuring pertinent information is presented to the public in a consistent format. Sets up, maintains, programs, and monitors the election management system and ballot development/counting system. Uses the election management system to create, modify, and merge various tasks and forms to streamline the election process and to meet legal requirements. Works in conjunction with IT and vendors to assure the accurate configuration of specialized election equipment and software and its maintenance and proper operation. Works with IT to coordinate, test and implement technology changes. Maintains, operates, and services Runbeck Agilis envelope sorter and associated databases. Supports multi-media hardware/infrastructure including desktop hardware, scientific hardware, basic server operations. Creates and maintains desktop databases to support functions of Auditor's office. Acts as the primary technician and responds to assigned technology needs for the Auditor's office. Inputs data, resolves data issues, develops and produces custom and reoccurring reports as needed.Supervisor :

Salary Range :
$28.69- $41.36 MCBA
- Range 130.
Preferred knowledge:
Washington State statute and administrative rules regarding elections. State and local voter registration systems- VoteWA.
