Are you a proven leader with a passion for critical infrastructure? As a Data Center Manager, you'll spearhead the preventative maintenance and repair services for a key client data center. This role is your chance to lead a high-performing team, guarantee operational uptime, and drive continuous improvement in a critical environment. What You'll Do:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
Operational Management:
Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
Infrastructure Assurance:
Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
Quality & Standards:
Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
Risk & Methodologies:
Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
