Responsibilities:
Own and drive expansion of our Data Manager product, strategy, GTM and roadmap. Work closely with the engineering teams across our infra, security and UX teams to build World-class data experiences for our financial customers. Understand our competition, the data market and predict trends and directions to inform your planning and future work. Work closely with our customers to ensure their success with our products. Maintain the product backlog and ensure timely prioritization, features and stories are adequately detailed for effective work allocation to engineers. Own the business model, pricing and packaging, feature SKUing etc. Report to senior leadership on progress, plans and blockers.Required skills:
Strong data integration expertise and familiarity with other data management products including data lakehouse architectures and technologies. Cloud architecture experience and strong technical background in database, data lake and data integration technologies. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Practical experience in building AI-enabled products and using AI in building the products themselves. Stakeholder and cross-functional/cross-team management. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment. Be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. Bring the voice of our customers into your conversations to build understanding and empathy across the internal teams you work with. Excellent judgement in what and what not to prioritize as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. Creative thinking with a vision and ability to articulate and translate into strategy and roadmap to deliver it. Understanding of modern software development practices.
