Job Description

Join Our Team at LaClare Creamery! LaClare Creamery is seeking a detail-oriented Production Data Coordinator to support production operations through accurate production reporting, inventory management, and data integrity across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production, inventory, and cost data are accurate and timely, supporting operational decision‑making and continuous improvement efforts. Why You'll Love This Role The Production Data Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production paperwork, entering and maintaining accurate production and inventory data, and monitoring inventory accuracy across company locations and third‑party facilities. This role works closely with production leadership to identify irregularities, improve processes, and ensure data integrity throughout the organization.

Reports To:
Director of Operations What You'll Do Enter daily cheese make and cheese conversion/packaging production data for all cheese and product types company‑wide. Review production yields and communicate irregularities to production leadership. Assist in maintaining production formulas and recipes. Monitor company‑wide inventory accuracy and notify leadership of discrepancies. Assist with investigation and resolution of inventory variances. Coordinate and manage cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials, including tracking results and driving continuous improvement. Perform monthly inventory reconciliations for company warehouses and third‑party storage facilities. Research and enter inventory adjustments with proper coding to support accurate cost management. Active participant in improving production paperwork and data entry processes. Identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps and improve efficiency. This candidate will also bring:
3 - 5 years of production control or related experience (preferred). Experience using ERP systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SharePoint and Power BI (preferred). Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong collaboration skills and professional interpersonal style. High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Complete daily production entries for all cheesemaking, cheese conversion, and packaging operations across all product types and formats company‑wide. Review production yields and communicate irregularities to production leadership Assist in maintaining production formulas and recipes Monitor the overall company inventory accuracy for the company and its divisions. Notify leadership of inventory discrepancies and assist in investigation and resolution of any discrepancies. Responsible for the management of cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials for all company inventoried items including the facilitating of the cycle counting, tracking results to expectations and driving continuous improvement. Responsible for monthly reconciliations of inventory including company warehouses and third-party storage facilities. Responsible for researching and data entry of inventory adjustments, assuring proper coding for accurate cost management. Be an active participant in improving processes and driving continuous improvement in the area of production paperwork processing. Actively look for ways to eliminate steps and improve efficiencies in all areas of responsibility Other duties as assigned Skills, Experience & Attributes 3-5 years of production control experience preferred Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Working Knowledge of ERP systems Proficient Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Competency with SharePoint and Power BI preferred Ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Group High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree preferred Trustworthy, Ethical and Self-Driven Works effectively and relates well with others. Exhibits a professional manner, working to maintain constructive working relationships
