Payrate:
$32/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input, process, and maintain power distribution line and equipment assets in
ESRI GIS
database
- Work with ESRI ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro software
- Support GIS mapping and data maintenance activities
- Collaborate within a team environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field, GIS Certificate, or 2+ years of GIS experience
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS required; ArcGIS Pro preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- CAD experience is a plus
- Power Distribution industry knowledge preferred
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Training onsite in Birmingham for approximately 3 months
- Opportunity to transition to primarily remote work afterward
- Must currently reside within commuting distance to Birmingham, AL
