May 11, 2026 : Job Summary Join our team as a Geospatial Analyst in Lafayette, LA, a city known for its vibrant culture and strong sense of community. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and processing geospatial data, ensuring high-quality delivery of geospatial products, and contributing to innovative solutions in the field. Key Responsibilities Collect hydro break lines from LiDAR data using Terra Solid (MicroStation), LP360, and/or ArcGIS, adhering to project-specific requirements. Perform manual editing and derive geospatial products. Generate contour products from LiDAR or DTM data. Compile planimetric and DTM features from digital stereo imagery. Execute vector production procedures as required. Understand project constraints (time, quality, quantity, specifications) and apply independent judgment in problem-solving. Communicate any production issues that may impact quality or timelines to the Edit Department Supervisor. Sharing Information Provide status updates to technical/team leads or department supervisors. Serve as a technical resource for production teams and clients. Deliver written and verbal reports on technical/professional matters when needed. Innovation Apply creative thinking to improve workflows, quality, and efficiency. Recommend or develop software utilities/tools to support production. Learn and implement new methods and quantitatively evaluate outcomes. QHSSE & Compliance Ensure compliance with company standards, QHSSE policy, industry standards, and applicable local regulations. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Sciences or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
0-3 years of relevant production experience.
