What You'll Do:

Oversee daily camp operations, from check-in to student presentations Lead and manage your team, fostering their professional growth Serve as the primary liaison between iD Tech, students, parents, and university contacts Create a fun and safe environment where creativity and tech skills flourish Collaborate with a team of passionate educators Requirements This jurisdiction requires Camp Directors to be at least 21 years of age or older 2+ years of previous managerial or supervisory experience Strong organizational and communication skills A background in working with kids and teens (summer camp experience is a plus) Enthusiasm for learning and inspiring others Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits, such as paid sick leave, as required by state or local law. Hiring begins 11/1/25 and continues through approximately 5/15/26. The number of available positions diminishes further into our hiring season.
