This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys operations, ecommerce, fashion, customer experience, organization, and being involved in many different aspects of a growing business. As a small and growing company, we are looking for someone resourceful, adaptable, and excited to grow alongside the brand while helping support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities May Include:

Managing customer communication and support through Shopify chat, email, text, and other channels Assisting with ecommerce and daily operational support Tracking inventory, rental orders, returns, and fulfillment coordination Preparing garments and packing rental orders for shipment Assisting with warehouse organization, garment preparation, and operational workflow Helping maintain product listings, website updates, and inventory information Supporting customer engagement, review follow-ups, and marketing-related tasks Assisting with social media coordination, influencer outreach, and general brand support Helping maintain organization across day-to-day startup operations and administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify Experience with ecommerce, operations, customer support, inventory management, or fashion-related businesses Familiarity with South Asian/Indian fashion, bridalwear, and wedding culture Comfortable handling delicate formalwear and high-value garments

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in startups, boutiques, rental businesses, bridal, or event-related industries Experience with social media, influencer outreach, or customer engagement Photography, content creation, or styling experience

Role Details:

Primarily on-site role based in Irvine, CA Potential flexibility for hybrid opportunities over time during slower/non-busy seasons for the right candidate Part-time to full-time opportunity depending on fit, business needs, and growth We are looking for someone excited to become an important part of an early-stage startup and grow with the company over time.

Pay:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
