Full-Time About the Opportunity A well-established, growing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead its IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives while supporting a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment. The Director of IT will partner closely with executive leadership to drive innovation, oversee critical technology initiatives, and lead a small team supporting multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee enterprise infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, telecommunications, and end-user computing. Manage and optimize ERP platforms, including NetSuite and S2K, as well as enterprise reporting solutions. Direct cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, and best practices. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology contracts. Lead software implementations, system upgrades, and enterprise technology projects. Ensure compliance with applicable security standards and data protection requirements. Provide strategic technology recommendations and regular updates to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and ERP systems. Experience supporting NetSuite, S2K, or similar enterprise resource planning platforms is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology projects and manage competing priorities. Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives. Preferred Experience Distribution, manufacturing, or multi-location business environments. Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies. Cybersecurity frameworks and risk management. Business intelligence and enterprise reporting. Why Join Us?
