Director. The IT Director for Boley Centers will provide strategic and operational leadership for all technology services and infrastructure supporting Boley Centers' housing, clinical, and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the CIO of SAS, this role serves as the senior IT leader within Boley Centers and acts as the primary liaison to SAS's centralized IT team that supports Operation PAR, Boley Centers, and Eleos. The IT Director will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and innovative IT systems that enable staff to deliver high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate must be able to evaluate the information needs of the Agency, provide action plans and lead implementation of projects. The I.T. Directors will also develop and maintains Information Systems that meet the organization's needs, objectives and obligations.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE 5
to 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or housing/human services environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and vendor contracts.
KNOWLEDGE, SLILLS & ABILITITES
Strong understanding of HIPAA, data security, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with EHR, housing case management systems, and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate technical issues into accessible language for non-technical staff. Proven leadership, team building, and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management.
