As we grow and modernize our business systems, we're seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our ERP environment and business applications while providing hands-on support for the technology that keeps our organization running. Position Summary The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of the company's ERP system, business applications, and IT operations. This role serves as the primary owner of enterprise systems, ensuring reliable performance, seamless integrations, and strong support for Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Administration. This is a hands-on technical role, not a strategic executive position and not a software engineering or QA role. Initially, this role will focus heavily on ERP implementation, migration, testing, and stabilization. Following go-live, the position transitions into ongoing ownership of the ERP environment, business applications, user support, systems documentation, integrations, and overall IT operations. What You'll Do ERP & Business Systems Serve as the primary internal owner of the company's ERP platform and related business applications Lead ERP migration, implementation support, UAT, data validation, integration, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization Troubleshoot ERP issues involving purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, finance, order management, reporting, permissions, and master data Coordinate ERP enhancements, vendor support, issue resolution, and system optimization Support integrations with EDI, WMS, and other business applications Maintain ERP documentation, issue logs, and change records IT Operations & Systems Ownership Own day-to-day support of business applications and internal IT systems Maintain Microsoft business environments, ERP systems, warehouse applications, and business software Manage user accounts, permissions, software licensing, onboarding/offboarding, and asset tracking Coordinate with MSPs, ERP consultants, and software vendors to resolve technical issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while ensuring business continuity Business Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology Document current-state and future-state processes, integrations, and workflows Perform requirements gathering and translate operational needs into system improvements Use process mapping and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency Data, Reporting & Documentation Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, workflows, SOPs, and architecture Develop reports and dashboards for Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Leadership Ensure data quality, security, and system governance standards Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Logistics, and Executive Leadership Prioritize competing needs while communicating project status and risks Train and support end users, promoting system adoption and best practices Act as liaison between business users, vendors, and implementation consultants Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, IT operations, or information systems Proven experience as the primary owner of business systems in a small or mid-sized organization Strong experience with ERP implementations, migrations, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization Experience supporting Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Distribution, and Sales Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, AP/AR, and Reporting Ability to independently troubleshoot system configuration, business process, data integrity, security, and integration issues Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Sage, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise SPS Commerce or other EDI integrations Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Microsoft 365 Administration and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) SQL reporting or Business Intelligence tools (Power
