217 Position (needing coverage): Interim Director of Pharmacy (working) who will take PIC What skills are required: Inpatient, management Is the specific state license required? Site Background/History:

Prior CS issue, but none since CPS has been in the agreement. Current DOP stepped up to be in this role but management is not what he prefers. He wants to step back to Staffing role.

Job Responsibilities:

staffing director, possible on call, meetings, supervise staff, financial. Typical DOP roles in a small location. Will there be sterile compounding involved, or could sterile compounding potentially be a part of their job function? Yes they do USP 797 and 800

Expectations:

Stabilize operations, help recruit staff in and represent CPS. What type of training will be provided? Whatever is needed.
